BALL MILL TURNKEY SOLUTION

JUPITER was contacted by Sunark to design and develop entire turnkey automation solution for Ball Mill application. The turnkey solution includes Siemens 1500 series PLC and latest WINCC Advanced Runtime SCADA system. The PLC along with all other equipment are equipped in a TS8 series Rittal Panel. All cables running from the base of the panel are done through glands to maintain the panels IP 54 status.

The control system includes sequential control and monitoring of 18 analog instruments (pressure, flow, temperature), 10 DOL motors, 2 VFDs, 12 Valves and 4 modulating valves. JUPITER designed and developed a flexible and user-friendly control system, including P&ID style graphic screens which allow the operator to view the status of the entire plant at a glance. Intuitive system settings and maintenance mode controls ensure that the system is highly flexible and simple to maintain and troubleshoot. The entire control system is operated by just one operator.
