CONNECTOR JUNCTION BOX

JUPITER received an order from a reputed MNC for the supply of a small control box. The box had to retain its IP standards even after all the sheet metal reworks. The customer was really happy with the quality of work we had put for this panel.

The significant highlights of this panel are as follows,

• Supply of separate Rittal enclosure, which can be surface mounted and suitable for outdoor environment

• All cutouts in the box were laser cut and this was done without any damage to the exisitng powder coating

• All the connectors were flange mount to avoid running of wires outside the panel

• These connectors were fixed with precise rubber gaskets to retain the IP rating of the panel

• Even normal cable entry points were fitted with the use of glands

• All internal wiring were done as per standards, with proper latex sleeve numbering, for the easy of end user and for future troubleshooting
